Scope of Work – Included in the Basic Implementation Package towards Zoho Payroll:

 Facilitating initial subscription
 Creating Compensation Master with Gross Pay and deduction components based on Client’s
inputs (does not include HR consulting)
 Creating Employee Master with personal, statutory and CTC details based on Client’s inputs
(does not include HR consulting)
 One-time set-up of employee access based on Client’s inputs (does not include HR consulting)
 Linking Zoho people attendance data with Zoho payroll
 One-time Training for employees and management on the following modules

o FBP Declaration
o IT Declaration
o Proof of Investments
o Exit process
o Salary revision
o Loans

 One-time Training exclusively for HR heads and management on the following:

o Access Controls
o Settings
o Review of Reports / MIS

Exclusions from the Basic Zoho Payroll Implementation package:

 On-going troubleshooting
 On-going data maintenance and update
 Routine training and refreshers for existing and new employees
