 Facilitating initial subscription
 Creating Employee Master
 Designing current CTC format in Zoho people for generating appointment letter
 Creating Org structure
 One-time upload of HR policies and practices into Zoho people
 One-time set-up of working days, working hours and leave data on Zoho people
 One-time set-up of employee access
 One-time Training for employees and management on the following modules:

o Leave Tracker
o Time Tracker
o Attendance
o Files
o Organisation
o Travel
o Compensation
o Announcements
o HR Letters
o Onboarding
o MIS Reports

 One-time Settings required to implement the above mentioned modules.
 One-time Training exclusively for HR heads and management on the following:

o Access Controls
o Review of Reports / MIS

Exclusions from the Basic Zoho People Implementation package:

 On-going troubleshooting
 On-going data maintenance and update
 Routine training and refreshers for existing and new employees
