Annual Tally Support -AMC Gold

1. On Call support available for the query on Tally.

2. Queries on the features offered by Tally in the package purchased would be supported through clarification or troubleshooting.

3. Maximum time for the service delivery through implementation or training – ten minutes.

4. Turnaround time to provide first response to the hotline query – 1 working (business) day.

5. Turnaround time to close a hotline query including 100% service delivery – 4 working (business) days from the time the requested data is received from the Customer.

6. No custom reports or custom changes in the Tally features would be a part of this AMC.
