ERP Hotline – Per Query


1. One area to be covered in the query.

2. Could be tutorial on any specific area of the ERPs handled by us.

3. Maximum time for the service delivery through implementation or training – ten minutes.

4. Turnaround time to provide first response to the hotline query – 1 working (business) day.

5. Turnaround time to close a hotline query including 100% service delivery – 4 working (business) days from the time the requested data is received from the Customer.
