Zoho CRM Implementation – Virtual

Implementation includes setting up the features included within the purview of Zoho CRM Standard Plan License Package.
Implementation will be completed within 2 working days from receipt of set up access .
Training will be conducted over two days as one hour session each over along with access to recorded videos on how to use Zoho CRM.
After 30 days, additional one hour of doubt clearance session would be conducted as a part of training.
Free access to Zoho CRM trainings conducted virtually for a period of one year.
Developing Reports and modules not already present as a part of the license being purchased are out of scope for this engagement.
Terms and Conditions
1. This is a quote for Zoho Implementation and Training for Zoho CRM Standard Package. This fees does not include Zoho License Fees which has to be separately procured.
2. 50% of the fees has to be paid upon commencement of the engagement and balance 50% of the fees must be paid after first training session is completed. GST will be applicable on the professional fees.
3. Implementation and training will be conducted from and at Srisattva Office.
4. Support from Customer Office can be planned at an additional payment of INR 1,500 per day per L1 resource and reimbursement of travel and stay (if applicable).
5. For senior resources (L2 onwards) to work from customer office, higher charges are applicable and quote will be made available on specific request.
Zoho CRM Standard License contains following features:
1) Sales force automation – Basic modules, Tasks, calls, Events, Advanced filters, Multiple pipelines, Scoring rules, Sales forecasting, Email insights, Multiple currencies
2) Automation and process management – Workflow rules and Email notifications
3) Product customization – Homepage customization, Rename tabs, Custom list views, Custom fields and Canvas Tab groups
4) Reports and analytics – Predefined reports, Predefined dashboards, Custom reports and dashboards (Limited), Basic dashboard components, Analytics mobile app
5) Marketing automation – Email templates, Email authentication, Mass email, Social profile integration, Seamlessly integrate your social media accounts and manage activities directly from Zoho CRM.
6) Developer Hub – Functions
7) Security – Profiles, Role-based hierarchy, Multiple organizations, GDPR compliance, CRM audit logs, IP address restriction
