Support in fast tracking of patent application with support of Lawyer. Representing the patent applicant, preparing hearing documents, requests, and hearings with the Indian patent office. This covers upto 4 hearings with the department including documentation preparation for the hearing.

Note: Filing of patent, support during the examination of the patent, support in handling queries before granting of the patent is outside the scope of this service.

This is only professional fees and does not include the government fees. All the statutory fees payable to the patent department must be paid directly to the patent office.
