6.Process to be followed:
a. Based on the JD linked to the package, candidate profiles will be
sourced. All the mandatory requirements and good to have
requirements must be mentioned in the JD.
b. Candidates profiles will be screened for 75% JD match and linked to
the JD for recruiters’ access on the portal.
c. Details of Interview availability of the candidates will be mentioned
for the candidates linked for interview on the portal
7. Expiry of the 15 Interview ready candidates as per JD package – 30
8.If agreed list of interview ready candidates are not provided within the
package period, user will be given access to the general database of
candidates looking for job change, available on our portal and shortlist
candidates from therein.
9.Recruiter must conduct first round of interview of the candidates
uploaded onto the portal within 3 days of submitting the profile of an
interview ready candidate.
10. All communication to us with regards to the candidate should be
through our portal within 3 days of upload of the candidate profile on
the portal. 11.Payment Terms – 100% in Advance
