HR Operations support – 20 Employees :
  1. 1.Number of employees covered – 20
  2. 2.HR ERP – Srisattva’s preferred HR ERP or any HR ERP chosen by the customer.
  3. 3.Routine Activities:
    a. Issuing Offer Letter / Appointment Letters to new joiners
    b. Collecting new joiner documents and forms
    c. New Joiner induction on the day of joining
    d. New Joiner introduction to the team
    e. Explaining the Company policies to the employees
    f. Three Weekly meetings with the management of 30 minutes each
    g. Attendance management using bio metric, what’s app or other software
    h. Leave register maintenance
    i. Grievance management
    j. Probation Confirmation Letters processing
    k. Increment Letter Processing
    l. Resignation Letter Acceptance and Exit Letter Processing
    m. Sending monthly attendance, LOP, leave, new joiner, resignation details to payroll
    team for payroll, PF, ESI processing
    n. Coordination with payroll team for Full and Final Settlement of exited employees
    o. Monthly Standard HR MIS to management
  4. 4.One-Time activities:
    a. Complimentary ERP implementation of HR ERP provided one year package is chosen.
    b. Srisattva’s preferred HR ERP will be complimentary with this package (in case of
    monthly or yearly). If customer chooses any other HR ERP – subscription cost has to be borne
    by the Company.
    c. Company and Employee Master-data set-up including org structure, CTC, statutory,
    personal details on HR ERP.
    d. HR ERP master data set-up for every new joiner
    e. HR ERP Training for all employees on attendance, leave, timesheet and reimbursable
    expense reporting.
  5. 5.Exclusions:
    a. Recruitment support
    b. HR Strategy
    c. Customer office visits outside Chennai
    d. Payroll Processing
    e. Statutory Compliance management such as PF, ESI, TDS, PT
    f. Employee queries on payroll
    g. Drafting of HR policies
    h. ERP implementation or customization of HR ERP subscribed by the Customer
    i. Statutory Compliance, filing and registers
  6. 6.About the Customer facing resource (HR executive):
    a. HR executive is the primary contact for the customer
    b. 1 to 2 years’ experience (front end service)
    c. HR executive will internally get review and guidance support from Srsattva’s Senior
    HR professionals
    d. 40 hours of HR executive will be billed including 8 hours from customer office if at
    Chennai
    e. Travel expense to customer’s office will be charged to the customer at actuals
  7. 7.Support of Srisattva’s Senior HR professionals, recruitment services, payroll processing or any
    other services other than that is included in the scope of work in this package:
    a. Srisattva will provide this support at additional cost.
    b. Customer can reach out to Srisattva for relevant information.
