4. Email & WhatsApp Business Integration
5. Set up for creation of Mass emails with email insights
6. Upload of existing contacts provided to us in Excel
7. Set up for custom fields as per the Customer requirement
8. Customization of dashboards with charts and KPIs

Training of the following:

Including video recording of the training and handover to the customer upon completion of the training 30 days of query support:

1. Training on Team Member creation and access configuration
2. Training on Record creation on each of the modules
3. Training on Email activation and usage
4. Training on WhatsApp Business activation and usage
5. Training on Set up for creation of Mass emails with email insights
6. Training on Upload of existing contacts provided to us in Excel
